Our approach to strata
management is that of a consultant. Summit Strata Management
provides expert advice allowing Strata Councils to make informed, effective
decisions. Once a decision has been made, the Property Manager's role is
to plan and coordinate activities in a financially responsible manner. Summit
Strata Management has developed a preferred list of sub-trades, who
provide prompt, quality service, at reasonable prices for all our
clients.
Our financial
reporting is designed to provide easily understandable, accurate
information. We understand that most Owners aren't accountants, and we
effectively balance the use of General Accepted Accounting Principles,
with the need for simplicity and understanding. We are an experienced,
property management company, who are very proud of our management record
over the years.
