With the recent civil elections I started to look more closely at Strata Corporation governance and the similarities between the two. It’s clear that no matter how complex the issue, if the message can’t be delivered in a sound-bite, the audience, or in this case, the owners in the Strata Corporations aren't going to want to listen.

If you’re an owner of a recently constructed strata lot in a strata corporation in BC, then do yourself a huge favour and pull out the file you tucked away after going through an entire disposable pen’s worth of ink while you signed all the documents at your lawyers or notary.
